Bwindi Safari Lodge

This is one of the luxury lodges that are eco friendly. The safari lodge overlooks the prehistoric Bwindi impenetrable national Park. This park is the forest home to dying out mountain gorillas, monkeys, chimpanzees and birds. From this lodge, you can track gorillas easily in the Bwindi impenetrable forest. You live of tell your adventure when you encountered the magical mountain gorillas.

When at this stunning eco-lodge there are eight bandas which are always on high demand. Clients can spend the day on the terrace, which juts out into the forest, fascinated by its exotic sounds watching primates and birds in the canopy. You have great opportunities of a walk to the river through growing up bush. It is a preferred haunt for the gorillas and they usually sleep near the lodge.

From Kampala the lodge is an hour’s flight from Entebbe

But there is an optional long drive through the undulating hills and drive from Kampala or six hours’ drive from Kigali.
