Wildlife Safari Uganda Tour

6 Days Wildlife Safari to Queen, Kibale and Murchison falls.

Day one; Drive to Queen Elizabeth National park.
Your guide will meet you at your hotel to drive southwest to Queen Elizabeth national park. The drive will take you about 6 hours to reach the park in the evening. You will stop at the equator for photographs and in Mbarara for lunch before reaching the park. You will check in your lodge to go for a walk in the Mweya Penisula. Overnight at Mweya safari lodge/ hippos’ camp / Mweya hostel.

Day Two; Game drive / Boat rides.
Before dawn you will wake up and then go for a game drive in the park searching for animals like the elephants, lions, hyenas, leopards, jackals, Uganda kob, bush bucks, warthogs and others. In the afternoon you will go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel. This provides you with an opportunity to view water game like the hippos, buffaloes and many birds. The ride on the channel is another birders paradise. Overnight at Mweya safari lodge/ hippos’ camp / Mweya hostel.

Day three; Transfer to Kibale, Chimpanzee trekking
In the morning you will have breakfast and then transfer to fort portal Kibale National park. You will reach fort portal in time for lunch, to have lunch and then transfer to the park headquarter to go track chimpanzees, in Kibale forest. The forest has over 10 primates’ species and therefore you should expect other primates like the colobus monkeys, baboons, black and white monkeys and bush babies. Grey cheeked Mangabeys. Overnight at Ndali lodge.

Day Four; Drive to Murchison Falls National park.
Very early in the morning you will have breakfast and then transfer to Murchison falls National Park. The drive will take you about 8 hours to reach the park in the late afternoon. Overnight at Paraa safari lodge / Sambiya river lodge/ Red chilies rest camp.

Day Five; Game drive and boat Nile on the Victoria Nile.

Very early in the morning before sun rise you will go drive along the different park routes in search for game. This drive will enable you view animals like, elephants, lions, hyenas, jackals, warthogs and leopards.
After the game drive you will return to your lodge for late breakfast.  In the afternoon you will go for a boat ride on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls. This will reward you with game like hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, and birds. Overnight at Paraa safari lodge/ Nile safari camp/ Sambiya river lodge / red chilies.

Day Six; Chimpanzee trekking (Optional)/ Drive back to Kampala.
Transfer to the Kaniyo Pabidi area in Budongo to go trek the chimpanzees before you drive back to Kampala to reach in the evening.
